  • Can’t be sold to anyone under the legal age (18-21 depending on province/territory). 
  • Must have a standardized cannabis symbol, a health warning message and be
in child-resistant packaging. 
  • Can’t have more than 1,000 mg/mL of THC. 
  • Can’t contain nicotine. 
  • Can’t be used in indoor public places
and many outdoor spaces.
